    • Statewide Workers' Compensation Mandate: Implement a universal requirement to protect Texas workers. This will:

      • Generate $1.5 Billion in Annual Savings for the state by reducing uncompensated care and related costs.

      • Stabilize and Save Rural Hospitals through direct financial reinvestment from the savings.

      • Empower Employees with a stronger foundation to negotiate for enhanced FMLA and Paid Time Off benefits.

  • Working to ensure that by 2030, every nonprofit hospital in Texas has at least a Level 2 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

  • Expanding funding for adoption assistance and maternal healthcare, ensuring that those who choose life have a real ladder of support.
