We protect life-saving maternal care like D&E and D&C when a mother’s at risk, fully fund rape kit testing for survivors’ justice, and expand adoption programs so every child finds a loving home and every mother gets real choices. By 2030, every nonprofit Texas hospital will have a Level 2 NICU, every newborn deserves a fighting chance. I’ll restore rural hospitals by expanding Medicare and Medicaid, provide state-level coverage for teachers, first responders, veterans, women, seniors, and blue-collar workers to cut local tax burdens, and boost mental health, drug rehab, NARCAN access, and assault kit processing. Healthcare serves people, not big government or insurance giants—lift the interstate co-op ban and fund nonprofit options to put patients first and break monopolies
